If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to initiate the refund process, our customer service staff is ready to assist you.

The rules are as follows:

Returns, Refunds and Return Fees.

Motocus believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and restocking fee policy that applies to all accessories and trailer hitches sold by Motocus.

We do not accept returns without prior request. To return an item, you will need to contact our customer service team in advance to inform them of the product and they will provide you with the relevant return instructions so that your order can be processed quickly.

Returning new and unused items outside of the 30 day period after receipt:

If you wish to return an item outside of the 30-day period, please note that the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging for you to return it.

Return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt:

We allow you to return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges, with no restocking fee. For all returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the recipient unless it is a shipping error on our part.

Product Damage Issues:

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue using the same expedited shipping method as the original order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation. As we process orders very quickly, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it. Please choose carefully and contact our team for guidance to ensure you have selected the correct and suitable product.

We will not be able to cancel an order if it is more than 12 hours old. Please see our Returns Policy for terms and instructions on how to return an order for a refund if necessary.

Card Processing Fees.

 If you ask us to cancel your order after we have taken funds from your credit/debit card (or after we have taken funds from your PayPal account), we will deduct a 2.5% fee from your refund to cover the merchant card processing fee, which we do not recoup when refunding you for a canceled order.

Refunds

Once the warehouse has received and inspected your returned goods, we will check the status of the goods received and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and the refund will be automatically applied to your PayPal account or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your PayPal account manager or credit card company. Refunds can take a while to complete.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to arrive.
