Shipping policy

All trailer hitches are shipped free of charge.

Motocus is proud to offer door-to-door delivery on all orders.

We use the best shipping carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. Delivery times depend on the shipping address you choose, when you place your order, and the stock availability of the item.

Introduction

For environmental reasons, all our products are made to order. This approach minimizes the waste of raw materials and ensures that customers receive products in optimal condition.

Shipping time = Production time + Shipping time
We primarily use USPS as our domestic shipping partner.
For international packages, we use different carriers depending on the country.
We will provide you with a tracking number after your package is shipped.

Delivery Times

In-stock inventory: We will arrange for you to ship your order within 24 hours of placing your order, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days.

Pre-order products: We will arrange production at the first time after you place your order, as the modeling part needs to be handmade, it will take 20-25 working days to complete the production. We will arrange for shipment at the first time after production is completed.

We currently only support shipping to the United States.

We do not arrange shipping on weekends or holidays.

If there is a delay, please notify us and we will check the shipping status.

If the order is never received, please let us know what happened and we will confirm with the courier company and reschedule the shipment or coordinate compensation.

Order Processing

After you place an order with motocus, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Please check the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any changes.

Shipping Options

2.1 Shipping within the United States:
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Expedited or special requests may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

2.2 International Shipping
Motocus offers international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, we will send a notification email. The email includes the name of the carrier, the tracking number, and the delivery date. You can track your package on the carrier's website by clicking on the tracking number.

To track the status of an existing order, please visit our Order Tracking page. Check the status of your order by entering your order number and the e-mail address you used to place your order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your order number or have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us via one of the methods below.
